Call For Presentations

Presentations, tutorials and posters are invited for submission on the following topics and related subjects  (but are not limited to them):

  • Lessons learned from applying advanced test automation technologies, e.g. TDL (Test Description Language), TTCN-3 (Testing and Test Control Notation), UTP (UML Testing Profile), and domain-specific languages used in testing into existing environments in industrial case studies and production testing

  • Using advanced test automation for testing of non-functional requirements, e.g. security, and performance

  • Experiences from using Model-Based Testing and other advanced test automation in processes with very short release cycles or in agile environments

  • Advanced testing framework & methodologies, their benefits and drawbacks

  • Lessons learned from using TDD (Test Driven Development), ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development), PBT (Property Based Testing), BDD (Behavior Driven Development), and other advanced test processes in industrial settings

  • Test automation in the context of DevOps to bring development and operations together

  • Experiences on the effects from the usage of advanced test automation on company organizations

  • Standardization efforts related to advanced test automation

  • Automated Testing and Continuous (Impact on test case design, requirements traceability…)

HOW TO CONTRIBUTE?

Submissions should seek to send a message to a broader user community and should not focus on tooling details; tools can be promoted in the vendor track organized for event sponsors.
A proposal for a conference presentation, tutorial or poster presentation shall be no longer than three A4 pages and must use one of the following dedicated templates:

The independent Program Committee, composed mostly from industry stakeholders, will evaluate all proposals. Proposals in PDF format shall be submitted via easychair. The program including the slides of accepted presentations and posters will be made available electronically to participants and on the conference web site.

Notification of Acceptance: 8 July 2015

Submission of Final Presentations: 28 September 2015
